The NCFC’s mission is to guide students and families to resources that will help pay for college the smartest way possible, as well as provide information and advice on repaying students loans.

The Federal Pell Grant Program provides need-based grants to low-income undergraduate and certain post baccalaureate students to promote access to post secondary education.
 | | Launched on June 1, 2007, the Youth Education Savings program (YE$) is a matched savings program for youth. It is the only program that provides a matched savings plan for “at-risk” youth in El Paso County. The program teaches fiscal responsibility, accountability and provides resources for educational assistance and post-secondary education. Participants can save up to $2,000 to be matched with up to $4,000 for a total of up to $6,000 for educational assistance.
