Youth Career Counselors, are trained professionals who care about young people and their futures. The program provides services and assistance to help young people stay in school and special services for "out-of-school" youth.

Services are based on a comprehensive needs assessment and may include:

• Tutoring, study skills training
• Summer Employment opportunities directly linked to academic and occupational learning
• Paid and Unpaid Work Experience including internships and job shadowing
• Occupational skills training provides youth with training required by employers in a demand occupation or industry
• Leadership Development
• Adult Mentoring
• Supportive services.
