Emily Shuman, Volunteer Services Coordinator. Prior to joining the Workforce Center in 2013 as a Workforce Development Specialist, Emily served as the Host Home Supervisor for Special Kids, Special Families. She has been in social services for the entirety of her career, working primarily with individuals with developmental disabilities and at-risk youth. Emily is a graduate of Center for Creative Leadership’s Community Leadership Program. In her role at the Workforce Center, she is responsible for volunteer recruitment, orientation, training, placement and recognition
