Recommendations have been tallied, and the top-rated sites in each of six categories — general job boards, niche tools, career tools, career exploration tools, Web 2.0 and "other" — are now available.

You may file for unemployment insurance using any computer that is connected to the Internet. To file for unemployment in Colorado, click here. You are not required to visit our office in person to file a UI claim.
CONTACTING UI SESSIONS -  A UI Rep from Denver is at the Workforce Center main office on Wednesdays, starting at 8 a.m. Claimants are seen on a first come, first served basis. Please be prepared to wait to speak with a Rep. A Hotline to the UI office is available on Fridays only at our main location, 1675 Garden of the Gods Road; 9 a.m. – 12 Noon, walk-in only, first come first served.

Do you need one-on-one strategic coaching in your job search? Help with Resume Reviews and Mock Interviews? Learn how the Workforce Center's programs can help you. Attend an Adult Information Session offered the first and third Monday of each month, 9 a.m to 12 noon. No registration is necessary.

This is an assessment of your current job skills to identify areas for development, and, also serves as practice for common tests given by employers and temp agencies. Tests for MS Word, Excel, Windows, data entry, proofreading, grammar, spelling, typing, and more. During Open Lab; no registration necessary. Monday: 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday: 9:00 to Noon Wednesday: 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday: 9:00 to Noon Friday: 9:00 to 2:00 p.m.

We do NOT Handle Unemployment Claims. You must go to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment site...
